FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Final or camera-ready version of your CCNC 2014 paper must be submitted to EDAS. After you register for the conference and receive the required registration confirmation code, login your EDAS account for your paper(s), and then you'll see a tab of "Final manuscript" with a hyperlink with the upload icon image next to it, where they can click on and upload their final paper(s). Note that the page length limit is 6; pages 7, 8 and 9 are allowed
with a charge of USD 100 for each additional page.

IMPORTANT
To be published in the IEEE CCNC 2014 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore(r), an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the
conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non‐refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication‐ready
version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented
papers will be published in the IEEE CCNC 2014 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore(r).

REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE
At least one author must register for the workshop by 1 November 2013 as the presenter. For authors presenting multiple papers, one conference
registration is valid for up to three (3) papers in the same conference. The papers without valid registration by 1 November 2013 will be removed from the proceeding as well as the conference program.

All authors must register for the conference before uploading their paper to EDAS.

UPLOAD YOUR FINAL PAPER
In EDAS<http://edas.info/>, go to "My Papers" and click on the link under "Upload Paper".

OVERLENGTH PAGE CHARGES
Note that each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (with no more than 9 pages with USD 100 over length charge for each extra page) Over length
(extra page) charges must be paid at EDAS just before uploading your paper. If you prefer to pay via check or wire transfer, please contact Bruce
Worthman.

DEADLINE DATE
You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than 1 November, 2013. If you fail to comply, the paper will not be included in the program.
